Submit your RFP to our sales team and we will work with you to ensure your RFP is distributed to the South Walton meeting properties who are best equipped to accommodate your group and fulfill the requirements of your meeting.
The Walton County Tourism Department realizes how valuable your time is when selecting the perfect location for your next meeting. We create a customized itinerary to fit your needs while showcasing our piece of paradise with you. With tailored site inspections, you will view specific properties and venues, conduct business with the appropriate sales representatives, and most of all, experience the accommodations best suitable for your meeting.

Karen leads the sales efforts to promote Walton County and increase group business to the destination. She brought 20+ years of hospitality sales and catering experience when she joined the team in 2020. Prior to joining Visit South Walton, Karen was National Sales Manger for Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, and Salamander Hotels, Sales Manager for Radisson Hotels, and Catering Manager for historic Biltmore Estate. Living and working in South Walton for the majority of her career has created strong ties to the community and partners making her a valuable asset to meeting planners across the country.

Lisa carries out a variety of sales efforts to promote South Walton and increase group business including corporate, association and incentive groups. Lisa joined Walton County Tourism with over 30 years of hospitality experience. Prior to joining the tourism department she served as a National Sales Manager to Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort for fourteen years. Lisa started her career with Marriott in Atlanta for twelve years. Her knowledge in hospitality management has proven beneficial for her career as she works closely with South Walton lodging partners to promote South Walton.

Cade assists in the sales effort to promote Walton County and is responsible for accounts in the state of Florida. Cade joined Walton County Tourism as a lifelong resident of Walton County and brings a northern county local touch to the sales team. Previously working in his local community as a coach/teacher, Cade is returning to sales and utilizing his degree in Finance from the University of West Florida. His local expertise on all things Walton County is a beneficial addition to our tourism sales team.
